Joseph brings more than 25 years of enterprise technology leadership to both tracks. His background covers large-scale cloud architecture, product development, and sales engineering for regulated and Fortune 100 clients. He co-architected IRONLAW alongside the CTO and owns company strategy, customer relationships, and the regulatory positioning Rethunk.AI takes to market. On Citadel, he brings the cloud-architecture authority - multi-region design, AWS at scale, operational instinct for production environments - that the forge layer requires at enterprise depth.
